Where Calgary Rethinks Learning

Today, Calgary and Alberta paradoxically face a talent surplus and a talent deficit. The paradox is rooted in the inability of organizations and people to adapt to our changing world. Adaptation is rooted in an ability to learn faster and better than others.

For this reason, Calgarians must be able to learn, unlearn, and relearn new skills. This demands that we radically redefine what, when, and how we learn. The LearningCITY Collective is where Calgary rethinks learning.
